Scott Webber is the President of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. The firm has 13 sales offices, and 350 broker and support staff associates serving Colorado’s best-known luxury markets in metropolitan Denver, Boulder, Evergreen, Castle Pines, Vail, Beaver Creek and Breckenridge. A third generation, 40 year real estate brokerage management veteran, Scott is personally responsible for and closely involved in the day-to-day operation of each aspect of the business. His experienced team of people sells $3 billion of Colorado properties a year.

Scott’s successful career includes 20 years with Coldwell Banker where he built and was President of a 26-office company, and served as Senior Vice President of NRT, Incorporated, the largest residential real estate brokerage company in the industry. He founded the Salt Lake City and Denver Coldwell Banker Commercial offices.

He joined Sotheby’s International Realty In 2008 when he organized and became CEO of Majestic Realty to acquire Park City, Utah based Lewis, Wolcott and Dornbush, which does business today as Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. Later that year Majestic Realty acquired Denver’s Fuller Towne & Country Properties doing business today as LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. Majestic Realty also owns and operates Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty serving Lake Tahoe, Nevada and California. The combined companies include 28 offices, and 700 broker and support staff associates.

Scott is a past president of the Salt Lake City Board of Realtors, a past director to the National Association of Realtors, and holds the GRI, CRS and CRB professional designations. He is a graduate of the University of Utah and a member of the Young Presidents Organization. He is an Eagle Scout, an avid alpine skier, golfer, instrument-rated private pilot and TBM 900 aircraft owner, and Harley Davidson enthusiast. He speaks fluent German, and has a unique appreciation for the countries of Switzerland, Austria and Scotland, and the island of Maui, where he often travels. He is proud to be a member of the Royal Dornoch Golf Club in Dornoch, Scotland. He and his wife, Andrea, have 6 children and three grandchildren.

A Denver native, Shannel started her real estate career after graduating from University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Political Science. Pat Rothman, Senior Vice President, Finance & Administration at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, has been involved in the financial management of high-end residential real estate brokerages for more than two decades. Prior to that, she managed business operations for a medical practice in Jackson, Wyoming, and a surgical center in Evergreen, Colorado. She also co-founded a medical marketing firm and a company that provided accounting services to small businesses. Her lengthy experience serving both internal and external customers on sensitive financial issues has earned her respect from colleagues and vendors alike. Pat had been handling the accounting duties for Denver’s Coldwell Banker Devonshire when she joined with several principles there who were founding Fuller Towne & Country Properties in 2001. She then managed all financial affairs for that prestigious 6-office firm covering metropolitan Denver, and moved into her current position when it was acquired in 2008 by Scott Webber and renamed LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. As the company has grown to include Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in Park City, Utah, and Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty in Lake Tahoe, Nevada and California, Pat now oversees all financial matters for the combined firms’ 28 offices and 700 broker and support staff associates.

Originally from the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, suburbs, Pat moved to Denver in 1977. She and her husband currently live in Centennial and have two grown daughters — Anna, a veterinarian in Denver, and Melanie, an actor in New York. She spends as much of her spare time as possible in the gym, and also enjoys playing piano, cooking gourmet meals, and appreciating Colorado’s great outdoors.

In 2001, Melanie and her husband Marty embraced their passion for the resort lifestyle and moved from the front range to Breckenridge Colorado. The family are very active citizens in the community supporting local charities and events.

David is a 4th generation real estate broker and got his license at the age of 18 while attending CU in Boulder, CO. After college, he moved to Aspen and got his first experience listing and selling property. He came back to Boulder to get an MBA in Real Estate (and be closer to his girlfriend and future wife, Anna). He started as an agent with Coldwell Banker Bodin Realty in Boulder in 1992.

He first became managing broker at Fowler Better Homes and Gardens in 1998 then came back to Coldwell Banker as managing broker of the Conifer office and later, the West office in Lakewood. In 2002, he joined the Jim Bodin team in Boulder and helped Jim grow from two licensed assistants to the 10-agent, 5-staff mega team that became the #1 Top Team for Coldwell Banker in Colorado for many years. During that time, David participated directly in approximately 1000 transactions, as well as directed the operations and marketing for the team.

In 2008, David left sales and management to become an Executive Business Consultant for Coldwell Banker Real Estate, LLC (the brand) and was responsible for providing brand services to the franchisees, including the primary function of business planning. During his 6 year tenure, he consulted with over 50 different companies in a territory spanning 6 western states, and oversaw a book of business of approximately $60M annual GCI and 700 sales associates.

David lives in Louisville with his wife Anna, son Sam (15), and a menagerie of pets. Another son, Charlie (18), is in his first year of college at CU. With a special appreciation for Colorado’s high country, skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking and trail running are all activities pursued with great enthusiasm. David is a three-time finisher of the Leadville Trail 100 running race, and was the 43rd person ever to complete the “Leadman,” by finishing all five races of the Leadville Race Series in one year: 100-mile run, 100-mile mountain bike, trail marathon, 50-mile mountain bike and 10K run. David has also recently taken up pack burro racing (Colorado’s official summer heritage sport), and is currently training with his donkey, Ellroy, for a run at the World Championship in Fairplay this summer. A fourth time on the Leadville Trail 100 course is also planned, with a goal to finish with a PR under 24 hours.

As Director of Business Administration, Katie performs a critical role by offering seamless administration, operational support, and project management for both LIV Sotheby's International Realty as well as Sierra Sotheby's International Realty. "It is an honor to create streamlined and operational tools for this talented group so our brokers can gain the results their clients are looking for," she states.

As project manager and tenant representative, Katie has relocated and/or designed from the ground up more than 10 offices within LIV Sotheby's International Realty and Sierra Sotheby's International Realty in Colorado, Nevada and California. She travels amongst the offices to ensure brand consistency with interior and exterior signage, ensures each location and retail space is optimized and working for both clients and broker associates and that operational excellence is occurring cross-office. Katie truly understands the importance of the image and design that clients expect from the Sotheby's International Realty brand.

Katie's ability to tackle many projects at once, identify areas for process improvement, then find effective and creative solutions to optimize results is a talent she never tires of performing. Kim Taylor is the Vice President of Relocation Services for LIV, Sierra, and Summit Sotheby's International Realty. Managing the relocation services for each company, Kim works closely with both local corporations and national relocation management companies. She oversees a six-person relocation department and a relocation specialist team of 125 agents, assisting corporate transferees and military families who are moving into or out of the states of Colorado, Utah, Nevada and California. Kim has specialized in relocation for nearly twenty years, both as a top producing REALTOR® and in the corporate relocation sector. Her professional background also includes financial experience as Regional Branch Manager for a Detroit area bank.

Kim holds both a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Graduate REALTORS Institute® (GRI) designation, is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Colorado and Michigan Association of REALTORS®, and the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®. She is also an active member of the Relocation Directors Council, Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, and Rocky Mountain Relocation Council. Kim graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a degree in marketing.

Prior to moving to Denver, Kim was a lifelong resident of Michigan and enjoyed all things water-related. Jill Rose Franklund is a native of Boulder County, Colorado. While attending the University of Colorado in Boulder, she discovered her passion for real estate. Jill’s career spans over 20 years with experience in sales, marketing, and management of luxury residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.

A former co-owner of the first Sotheby’s International Realty office on Colorado’s Front Range, Jill specialized in contract management of over $300,000,000 in total closings. Later appointed as asset manager of an international multimillion-dollar real estate portfolio, Jill oversaw the intricate day-to-day responsibilities of luxury estates, single-family rentals, and commercial properties while also establishing a functional platform for serving ultra-elite clientele worldwide. Jill proudly collaborated in the acquisition of the initial Sotheby’s International Realty franchise for Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom of Bahrain, and Kuwait.

Choosing to remain in Colorado, Jill realigned with the local Sotheby’s family and proudly serves as a Director for LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, while artfully performing the planning, meetings and events for this esteemed company.

Jill is the proud mother of two daughters, Savannah and Skye, and together they spend their free time hiking, skiing, paddle boarding, riding horses and supporting many local charities statewide.
